Kerb

frozenrules.
Your own stock launchpad on Arc. Pick the ticker and the tax ceiling once, and every launch on your pad is held to them by the contract, not by a promise.
Every launchpad promises rules. Ours are contracts: readable by anyone, changeable by no one.

About Kerb
Every launchpad on every chain makes the same promise. Fair rules, capped taxes, no rugs. And every one of them keeps that promise in a database someone can edit, behind a website someone can change. The rules are whatever the operator says they are today.
Kerb turns the promise into a contract. Pay ten dollars, pick the one ticker your pad will track, and the highest creator tax you will allow, and the factory clones you a pad with both values frozen inside it. No setter, no admin path, no way back. Every launch on your pad settles in USDC with your rules applied by code, not by trust.
$10
To deploy a pad. Paid in USDC, the gas token of Arc. No conversion, no oracle, a dollar is a dollar.
24
Hours a day your pad trades. The ticker it tracks keeps market hours. The bonding curve never closes.
0
Setters on a live pad. Not for the owner, not for us.
Set once.Heldforever.
Two rules and one contract. You choose the ticker every coin on your pad references, and the highest tax a launch may charge. The factory writes both into your own pad contract, and from then on nobody can change them. Including you.

One ticker
One ticker
Every coin launched on your pad references one ticker. Apple, Tesla, NVIDIA or an index feed, whatever Arc publishes a price feed for. The pad writes it in at creation, so a launcher never gets to swap it for a different one.
- One ticker, one pad
- Stocks, ETFs and index feeds
- Frozen at creation
- Reference price, not backing

Tax ceiling
Tax ceiling
The most any launch on your pad may charge as creator tax. Kerb allows up to 10%. Your pad can be stricter, down to zero, and a launch that asks for more reverts. Buyers can read the number off the chain before they trust it.
- 0% to 10%
- Checked in the launch call
- Above the ceiling reverts
- No setter, ever

Access control
Access control
Open pads let any wallet launch. Invite only pads keep an allowlist you control from the pad contract, so a curated pad stays curated. This is the one setting you can change later, because it never touches the two rules.
- Open or invite only
- Allowlist edited any time
- Owner always allowed
- Rules untouched

Launch on the curve
Launch on the curve
Launching on a pad costs one dollar in USDC. Your coin trades on a USDC bonding curve, then graduates to an ownerless Uniswap v4 pool. Creator fees go to the launcher, not the pad.
- 1 USDC launch fee
- Bonding curve, then Uniswap v4
- Creator fees to the launcher
- No admin keys on the pool
How it works
Steps
Five steps from nothing to a live market. Pay ten dollars in USDC, pick the one ticker your pad tracks, set the highest tax you will allow, and your pad contract is live. From then on anyone you allow can launch through it, and every launch is held to those two rules. Not by us. By the contract.

There is no setTicker and no setMaxCreatorTaxBps. There is no admin path from the factory into a live pad. The factory owner can change the fee, the treasury and the terms applied to future pads, and that is all. Nothing is deployed yet. When it is, anyone can read both values straight off the chain at the pad address.
