Immutable
The ticker and the ceiling are immutable in Solidity. They have no
storage slot, so there is no setTicker to call and nothing for a
compromised key to rewrite.
Terms are taken at deploy
Your pad copies the launch fee and protocol fee in force right now. If Kerb changes its terms later, your live pad keeps the ones it was born with.
Reference price, not backing
Coins reference a ticker. They are not shares, not redeemable, and not backed by anything.
